Feature Interview with W-L Swarts

By Chris Ulanowski

Oswego, NY – A north country Congressman has a challenger, even though the next election is 19 months away.

The independent candidate is from Oneida County. WRVO's Chris Ulanowski asked Swarts about his candidacy.
