Hochul sworn in to Congress from Western NY; Local Congressman offers a bit of advice

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Kathy Hochul became a member of Congress this week, after winning a special election to fill a vacant seat.

North Country Congressman Bill Owens knows how it feels to have to jump into the job in the middle of a Congressional year. WRVO Washington Correspondent Ryan Morden says Owens is offering Hochul a bit of advice.
