Onondaga County faces projected deficit.

Syracuse, NY – The downturn in the economy is causing financial problems for Onondaga County. It's facing a projected budget deficit near 11-million dollars. The county's chief fiscal officer, Jim Rowley, spoke to WRVO's Chris Ulanowski about the money problem.
