Today Is National Women's Health & Fitness Day

WRVO Public Media invites you to join us at the SUNY Metro Center in Syracuse today as we celebrate National Women's Heath & Fitness Day. We're partnering with SUNY Upstate Women's Health Network, the Downtown Committee of Syracuse, and the SUNY Oswego Metro Center to focus attention on the importance of regular physical activity and health awareness for women. The event will include a variety of health information, free blood pressure screenings, available flu vaccinations and much more. Lorraine Rapp and Linda Lowen, hosts of WRVO's weekly wellness show Take Care will be there as well. Some of the scheduled talks include:
