Sunni-Shiite Feuds and the Lessons of Vietnam

Ongoing sectarian violence in Iraq has U.S. politicians and the public wondering if Iraq is on the brink of civil war. Biddle asserts that U.S. forces are applying lessons from the Vietnam War to the Iraq War -- a strategy he says is destined to fail.
