Boring Conference Tickets Are Hot Sellers

LINDA WERTHEIMER, HOST:

Good morning. I'm Linda Wertheimer. The second annual Boring Conference was held over the weekend in London. The event started as a joke on Twitter, according to the Sun newspaper after a so-called Interesting Conference was canceled due to lack of interest. Tickets sold out. Organizer James Ward worried his event might be too interesting, even with topics like electric hand dryers and the history of Budgens supermarkets. It's MORNING EDITION.
