Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is being remembered in a private ceremony at the high court, where her body is lying in repose. On-air special coverage of the ceremony will be hosted by Steve Inskeep beginning at 9:30 a.m. EST, Wednesday, September 23.
