This week: Brain health and your memory

This weekend, we're joined by Dr. Cynthia Green to discuss brain health and your memory. Before you wander off... keep in mind that memory issues can crop up at any age. Some people say as early as the age 30. Plus, being clear and focused helps us professionally and personally in every aspect of our lives.

Green is one of America's foremost memory fitness and brain health experts. She's assistant clinical professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, founder of Total Brain Health (which provides fitness and brain health training) and a leading authority in the diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer's disease.

This week, on Saturday, April 23 at 6:30 a.m. and Sunday, April 24 at 6:30 p.m. you'll hear about symptoms like memory loss and forgetfulness. And we'll answer the question: Can we exercise our minds to maintain brain health and ward off memory loss?

The following week, at the same times, we'll dive deeper into tips and tricks to improving memory and brain health. In the meantime, you can maintain  your mental edge and preserve memory by treating your entire body well!
