Shhh... We're 'foneless' this February, to reduce on-air fundraising

We're "foneless" this February, ahead of our spring on-air pledge drive. That means we're keeping the phones quiet -- for now!

This February, WRVO Public Media is making a silent request for contributions. Your favorite programs won't be interrupted and you won't hear any ringing phones. We call it "Foneless February," and it helps make our spring fundraiser shorter. You can reduce on-air fundraising hours by donating today.

By contributing now, ahead of the fundraiser, you'll help reduce the number of on-air fundraising hours you hear in March. For every $2,000 raised during "Foneless February" we'll eliminate an entire hour of on-air fundraising come March -- plus, you'll be contributing to our member pool to motivate others to donate. We use the member pool money during fundraiser "challenge" hours, and it really does help the phones ring!

Our fundraiser is scheduled for mid-March, but you can reduce it's length by donating now. Make your dollars count (even more) and make our spring fundraiser fly by!

You can make your contribution online, any time -- or mail your check to WRVO Public Media, 7060 State Route 104, Oswego, NY, 13126, and make the check payable to WRVO.

Thank you so much for being a listener (and hopefully a contributor) this year!
