Join us for some Monday motivation - money, moves, and mindfulness! Mental Health Month is approaching in May, so we're ending April with an event that's all about wellness - physical, financial, and mental! We've partnered with some wonderful wellness businesses to give you a calming wind-down for the start of your week.

First, we'll get some quick financial literacy tips from Swell Wellness
Thrive in Healing will lead us in a beginner's yoga flow ending in a sound bath
Throughout the lesson, the room will be lit with galaxy star lights, and DJ Navy-O will be spinning vibey tunes.

Then finally, Project Lean Nation will refuel us with refreshing snacks!

This event is completely free, but you'll have to RSVP and get a confirmation that you're on the guest list to attend. Read on for all the details.

Never done yoga before? This class is beginner-friendly and inclusive, and will include snacks and socializing afterwards!
