This documentary was produced on location at Cornell Plantations Botanical Gardens, Arboretum and natural areas adjacent to the Cornell University Campus at Ithaca, NY.   The site is open to the public year-round from sunrise to sunset (the F.R. Newman Arboretum is closed to vehicles during winter months).  There is no admission fee to visit Cornell Plantations, but parking is metered at the Brian C. Nevin Welcome Center near the Botanical Gardens.  Information and trail maps are available at the Nevin Welcome Center.
