New York Competes for High-Speed Rail Funds

Oswego, NY – New York is competing for the $8 billion dollars in stimulus money the Obama Administration will give out this month to spur development of high-speed trains. It has filed an application for $565 million of the funding. WRVO's Chris Ulanowski looks at how that money would be spent.
