Syracuse police activate AMBER Alert for missing 21-month-old girl

Syracuse police have issued an AMBER Alert as they continue to search for a 21-month-old girl who may have been taken by her custodial father. 

Police say Maddox Lawrence was last seen near Valley Drive in Syracuse just before 11:00 p.m. Saturday night. They say she may have been taken by her father, 24-year-old Ryan Lawrence. 

Maddox is about 2 feet long and weighs about 26 pounds. She has blonde hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a white shirt with pink collar and brown puppies, long pink pants, a blue coat with pink interior, brown suede shoes and a gray knit hat with pom poms.

Ryan Lawrence has brown hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray shell jacket, blue jeans, and tan Timberland boots.
