(Camden is across the river from Philadelphia and is considered one of the most violent cities in New Jersey; it also has a higher than average poverty rate for children. ) The three gang members go by aliases, Eddie Bauer, 16 years old, Kevin Madison, 20, and Sampson Riley, 18. They are members of the 6th & Ferry Gang.
