Suspected Mumbai Attack Mastermind Arrested

A mastermind of the killing spree in Mumbai, India, was among about a dozen militants arrested at an alleged terrorist training camp in Kashmir, Pakistani officials said Monday. Madeleine Brand talks with Candace Rondeaux, the Washington Post's India bureau chief, about the ongoing investigation.
