To Fix A Few Potholes, 'Guerrilla' Group Takes Matters Into Its Own Hands

Roads in Michigan are riddled with potholes, and politicians have been at odds over how to pay to fix the problem. But the Hamtramck Guerrilla Road Repair crew has decided not to wait for the government. The group bought some tools and got to work on their neighborhood's worst block.
