Finger Lakes Residents Worried By Plan To Store Fracking Byproducts

Tourism is a $3 billion-a-year industry in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York.

The area is known for its wine vineyards, beautiful scenery and trout fishing. But, as Julie Grant from Here & Now contributor The Allegheny Front reports, a controversial plan to store fracking byproducts in salt caverns on Seneca Lake has many residents concerned.
