How did surviving cancer shape your life? We want to hear from you

NPR

Medical advances have transformed cancer into a much more survivable disease. At the same time, the disease is affecting younger people at alarming rates. Today, far more people are surviving cancer, but also navigating life after treatment.

NPR is reporting on how living through cancer affects many aspects of patients' lives, even long after they complete treatment, from dating to career, sex and child rearing. (Explore the series here.)

Please share your cancer survivorship story using the form below. No matter where you are in your journey, we'd like to hear how the experience has shaped you, what challenges you are still dealing with and what's helping you face them.

We may quote from your reply in an upcoming story or reach out to learn more. Thank you!
