Syracuse, NY – An inspiring speech by a little known Senator from Illinois four-years ago caught the attention of Lisa Daly. Since then, the Syracuse resident has been following the career of Barack Obama. Now, Daly is at center stage as a delegate to the Democratic National Convention.
