Gov. Paterson's Lawyers In Court Today Over Appointment of Ravitch

Albany, NY – The challenge against Governor David Paterson's appointment of Richard Ravitch as his Lieutenant Governor is due back in a Brooklyn courtroom Tuesday. As Karen DeWitt reports, some legal experts say it's time for a complete overhaul of how we choose the state's second in command.
