Albany, NY – A contest for control of the State's Republican Party is brewing. Front runner Ed Cox, who was in Albany Tuesday to speak before the county GOP members, says he has a substantial amount of support, while Rudy Giuliani, a potential gubernatorial candidate, is backing a rival candidate.
