Consumers will soon be paying more for bottles water in New York State. Rachel Ward reports from Rochester, followed by a report from WRVO's Michael Benjamin, who visited a bottle redemption center to find out how the new law might affect businesses who deal in bottles and cans, and what they're doing to get ready.
