Syracuse, NY – Democrat Stephanie Miner has been elected the next mayor of Syracuse. She defeated two opponents: Republican Steve Kimatian and Conservative Party Candidate Otis Jennings. WRVO's Ryan Morden has this report from Miner's victory rally at the Sheraton Hotel, followed by a report from WRVO's Jasmyn Belcher from Kimatian's Headquarters in Syracuse.
