Special Session Ends With No Votes on Budget Bills, Gay Marriage

Albany, NY – A special session called by Governor David Paterson Tuesday failed to produce bills to solve the state's budget crisis or to legalize gay marriage, though lawmakers planned to vote on some more minor bills.
