Syracuse, NY – Syracuse Mayor Stephanie Miner laid out her priorities for the city in her "State of the City" address last night. Among the priorities at the top of her list: sustaining "the say yes to education" program and planning for a projected 33-million dollar budget deficit. WRVO's Ryan Morden has more.
