Syracuse, NY – Former Governor Eliot Spitzer is reemerging as a public figure, 23 months after he resigned from office because of a prostitution scandal. Yesterday he spoke at Syracuse University about the Wall Street financial crisis. WRVO's Ryan Morden has more.
