Cape Vincent wind project arguments cause turmoil for Planning Board

CAPE VINCENT, NY – In Cape Vincent, Jefferson County, plans for a possible offshore wind power project have brought the small community into internal conflict.

WRVO North Country correspondent Joanna Richards reports that three members of the panel that must decide the fate of the project are leaving.
