Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is being remembered in a ceremony at the U.S. Capitol, where she will lie in state in Statuary Hall. Listen on-air beginning at 9:30 a.m. as special coverage is hosted by Steve Inskeep. Also joining the coverage: NPR Legal Affairs Correspondent Nina Totenberg, Congressional Correspondent Susan Davis, and Justice Correspondent Carrie Johnson.
