Watch: Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul holds news conference

Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul is expected to speak for the first time since the announcement by Gov. Andrew Cuomo Tuesday that he will resign effective August 24. Hochul is set to become the state's 57th governor, and the first female governor in state history. Hochul is also expected to take questions from reporters.
