Employees of TCG player, an online trading card marketplace in Syracuse are accusing the company, now owned by eBay, of union busting.

On Thursday the EPA ordered the e-commerce giants to stop selling a list of unregistered and misbranded products, some of which contained toxic chemicals like methylene chloride and chlorine dioxide.

The top state law enforcement officials also told Craigslist, eBay and Facebook that they have "an ethical obligation" to root out spiking prices on hand sanitizers and other high-demand products.

Devin Wenig, who has been chief executive since 2015, is leaving the online shopping company. Activist investors are pressing eBay to sell off parts of the business to boost its stock price.
