A Conversation with Donald Nobles

A Conversation with Donald Nobles

Commonpoint Queens is honored to host a virtual conversation with Donald Nobles, an Air Force Veteran, retired teacher, and activist. As an African American growing up in the era of segregation, Donald was never a stranger to racism. In this candid conversation, Donald will speak about his illustrious career, his personal experiences with racism, and his thoughts on how we can all play a part in making our own society a more welcoming place for people of all backgrounds. The conversation is presented in partnership with the Commonpoint Queens Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Forces and will be moderated by journalist David Brand. The event will be broadcast over Facebook live at facebook.com/samfieldcenter. For more information, please contact Isaac at iadlerstein@commonpointqueens.org.
