LocalFiber is excited to announce the opening of the 2023 Local Fiber Pop-up Shop in downtown Ithaca, NY. In partnership with Downtown Ithaca Alliance, this special seven-week Pop-up will offer a range of local natural fiber products for sale and on exhibit in a beautiful retail space on the 1st floor of Press Bay Court.

The Local Fiber Pop-up Shop features handspun and mill-spun yarn, spinning fibers, beautiful hand-knit and hand-woven items, hand-dyed fiber, plant-dyed fiber, hats, mittens, gloves, slippers, sheepskins, wet and needle-felted items, gifts and more! All of the products in the store are made from wool, mohair, alpaca, and angora fiber from farms right around Ithaca and in the Finger Lakes region. The Pop-up is staffed by LocalFiber.org members, a majority of whom are fiber farmers themselves. Come learn about the amazing natural animal fiber products being produced in our area and get some holiday shopping done all in one place!
