Navigating Cancer: Cooking & Coping Through the Holidays
A team from the Upstate Cancer Center will provide practical information on a variety of topics to help those undergoing cancer treatment and recovery best manage and enjoy the holiday season. This session will feature a cooking demonstration of simple, nourishing holiday side dishes and a discussion on coping with cancer during the holidays, including guidance on handling emotional stress and strategies to help patients and caregivers find peace, balance and meaning during the holiday season. The intended audience is individuals in treatment or recovery from cancer and/or their loved ones.
