Observing Nature with Dr. Ernest Williams

Observing Nature with Dr. Ernest Williams

Dr. Ernest Williams will present a program called Observing Nature. Observing Nature will focus on what we see when looking at the natural world. The talk will include photos from different places that show the beauty, diversity, grandeur, and patterns of nature, along with some stories behind what we see. This talk is to coordinate with the unfolding of spring.

Ernest Williams is Professor of Biology Emeritus from Hamilton College and is a lifelong naturalist. His research has been on the ecology and conservation of butterflies, and he spends a lot of time in the Adirondacks and along the Kirkland Trail. He wrote a book called "The Nature Handbook" in 2005.
