This week: CBD products, male infertility and head injuries

Cannabidiol, or CBD, seems to be everywhere these days. You can buy it in pill form, or in lotions or oils, gummy candies or chocolate. ‘

It's one of the components of cannabis, or marijuana, but not the part that makes a person feel "high." So, why are so many people trying CBD?

Assistant professor of pediatrics, Dr. Caitlin Sgarlat Deluca, who specializes in rheumatology and integrative medicine, shares what she knows about CBD in this "HealthLink on Air" interview. People are using it for seizures, chronic pain, anxiety and other conditions, but there are some precautions.

Also on this episode, urologist J.C. Trussell discusses male infertility, and emergency physician William Paolo gives an overview on head injuries. Tune in Sunday, June 9 at 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. for more.
