Oswego, NY – This afternoon, more than 600 people will gather in Syracuse to talk about the "under 40" demographic in Central New York. It's the latest effort to bring together this group and to brainstorm ways young professionals can help revitalize the region and strengthen its offerings. WRVO's Skye Rohde has this report abut what some participants hope the 40 Below Summit will accomplish.
