New York School Spending Plan Up for a Vote.

By Chris Ulanowski

Oswego, NY – Residents across New York will decide the outcome of public school budgets in local voting on Tuesday, May 17.
Spending on average will increase about seven-point-five percent if approved. That's more than twice the rate of inflation.
Tim Kremer, the Executive Director of The New York State School Boards Association, says the increase in spending is justified as he explained to WRVO's Chris Ulanowski.
