PHOENIX, N.Y. – Tonight in New York City, a leading gay rights group will highlight the struggle of a Central New York woman to honor her longtime partner. As WRVO's Matt Hackworth reports, the Phoenix woman's story brings added emphasis to a legislative plan that would provide domestic partners with at least one benefit of marriage.
