New York Considers Earlier Presidential Primary Date

Cazenovia NY – New York's Legislature leaders both support moving the state's Presidential Primary from March to February.
U-S Senator and Democratic Presidential contender Hillary Rodham Clinton could be well-positioned for the rest of the race for the White House.
So says Presidential Scholar Robert Greene of Cazenova College. He spoke to WRVO's Chris Ulanowski.
