Army's plan for Rt. 26 causes concern in community

FORT DRUM, NY – A state highway runs through the middle of the U.S. Army base at Fort Drum near Watertown.

The public highway causes some slowdowns for members of the military as they move from one side of the base to the other. The Army would like to eliminate the slowdowns.

WRVO North Country correspondent Joanna Richards says the Army's ideas are causing concern outside the base.
