Officials estimate the $2.25 billion I-81 project won't be complete until 2028. However, 2025 will see some of the most significant contributions to the project to date.

New York state is making what it calls a “significant” investment along Onondaga Lake Parkway, in an attempt to cut down on the number of truck strikes to a low-clearance railroad bridge.
