President Joe Biden visited Syracuse Thursday, to highlight a $100 billion investment by Micron Technology to build four semiconductor fabrication plants in the Town of Clay.

Biden spoke at Onondaga Community College, which is expected to play a big role in the training of future Micron workers in the region.
