Yarn's lead singer and songwriter, Blake Christiana, will perform an intimate solo concert in Unity Hall's Hinge Parlor.
Blake Christiana's powerful delivery on both poignant and irreverent, freewheeling songs and his band's exceptional musicianship made Yarn's August 2025 concert one of the best we've ever presented.
Our unique space and great audience made the Hall a place Blake and his bandmates are eager to play again. But Yarn is a band in demand with a very active tour schedule, so it will be some time before we can get them back.
Fortunately for us — and you — Christiana's full-range songwriting command and his between-song stories also make his solo performances amazing musical experiences, especially in settings as wonderful as Unity Hall's Hinge Parlor.
Blake is excited to perform an intimate solo concert for you at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30. Seating for this special concert is limited. $25 Unity Hall Member and $30 nonmember tickets are available now exclusively through Humanitix.

Evil Woman—The American ELO performs the eternally groovy music of Jeff Lynne’s Electric Light Orchestra in a multimedia concert that transports you to the heady era of symphonic rock. Few bands have created more iconic songs as ELO, many of which are newly beloved by younger generations today thanks to the soundtracks of blockbuster movies like Guardians of the Galaxy. “Mr. Blue Sky,” “Roll Over Beethoven,” “Livin’ Thing,” and “Evil Woman” are among the many instantly recognizable, chart-topping hit songs. You will be spellbound by the flawless musicianship and vocals of Evil Woman’s 12 musicians in this fusion of pop and orchestral arrangements where cellos co-exist with guitars, and classically tinged rock intersects with pop – just as Jeff Lynne intended. Hold on tight to your dream!
