High-profile British entrepreneur Michael Acton Smith has co-founded a website, book and smartphone app called Calm. This week on WRVO's health and wellness show “Take Care,” hosts Lorraine Rapp and Linda Lowen speak with the man known as the “Willy Wonka of digital media” about why the concept of "calm" is important to him and what's different about his app.
More of this interview can be heard on "Take Care," WRVO's health and wellness show Saturday at 6:30 a.m. and Sunday at 6:30 a.m. Support for this story comes from the Health Foundation for Western and Central New York.
