Emergency physicians have a role in helping to prevent opioid overdoses, says Dr. Jay Brenner, the medical director for the emergency department at Upstate University Hospital’s Community campus. In this “HealthLink on Air,” interview, he talks about crisis management, treatment and prevention efforts.
