"Total Response" brings together sound and Simran—a focused practice of the mind rooted in contemporary Sikh philosophy—to upend traditional notions of performer and audience.
Embracing Harmolodics (the free interplay of harmony, melody, and rhythm), a collective of six multi-instrumentalists will foster the co-creation of music and sound with concert attendees. Together, the group will build a resonant sonic structure that celebrates both individual expression and collective presence.

"Li’l Sprouts" parent and child classes provide a gentle Waldorf morning designed for the very young and their caregivers. Led by Master Teacher Karen Lonsky, the program offers indoor and outdoor play spaces where babies and toddlers under age 3 can explore a nurturing rhythm that supports play, imagination, and imitation.

Child Life Specialists work throughout Upstate to help young patients and their families navigate their visit and treatments. Dive into the creative methods they use to meet children’s social, emotional and developmental needs and learn what you can do at home to help prepare kids for a variety of visits.
