On Saturday, March 21, 2026, DisrUpstate will host DisruptHER Commons, a one-day leadership experience designed as a modern village square for women leaders across Central New York.
Held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at McCarthy Mercantile, the event is structured as a community-centered environment where women can gather to learn, connect, and access practical support. The Commons is built around five core pillars: Health, Style, Work, Wallet, and Brand.
The open-flow event allows participants to explore vendor experiences, attend workshops, and engage in conversation with fellow leaders. "It’s not about performative networking," said Lindsay Mastrogiovanni, founder of DisrUpstate. "We created a space where women can learn something useful, have meaningful conversations, and leave with real support."

The YMCA of the Greater Tri-Valley, MVCC's Kidz 'N Coaches Club, Oneida Health and The KEYS Program are partnering to celebrate Cancer Survivorship!
Through the Stay Strong Survivorship Program held at the YMCA, cancer survivors are surrounded with physical, mental and spiritual support to help them stay strong during the process while they battle the disease.
This collaboration is working to expand these services to YOUTH survivors in our region and their families.
We are welcoming musical guest Nat Myers, a Korean-American country-blues musician and poet based in Kentucky, recognized for his authentic, pre-war Delta blues style.
We also welcome Eden Brent, celebrated American blues pianist and vocalist from Greenville, Mississippi, known for her energetic "piano-pounding" style and soulful, "whiskey-smoke" vocals.
Cancer is a life-changing disease for the entire family that takes a tremendous physical and emotional toll on those affected. Oneida Health Cancer Care, in partnership with the YMCA of the Greater Tri-Valley, has developed the StayStrong program to meet the unique needs of our cancer patients.
Through this benefit concert, our goal is to expand our current service offerings for youth Survivors in our region and provide a comprehensive wellness plan for the entire family. By uniting in positivity through the arts, we can make a difference for those affected by cancer in our community and surround families who need your support with services that will bring them hope, health and healing.
